The candidate should possess a valid two-wheeler and license, as the role requires local travel for visa processing and documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escort crew or staff to embassies, consulates, or visa application centers for visa appointments and document submissions
• Ensure all required documents are properly collected, organized, and submitted on time
• Coordinate with HR or crewing departments to manage visa schedules and deadlines
• Liaise with immigration officers, embassy staff, and travel agents for visa updates or follow-ups
• Track the status of visa applications and communicate updates to relevant departments or personnel
• Ensure proper handling of passports, identification documents, and other sensitive materials
• Maintain accurate records of visa applications, renewals, and expirations
• Assist with local transportation, airport pick-ups/drop-offs, and travel logistics when required
