Chief Manager/AVP - Credit Risk Analyst (SME)

Location: Mumbai

#KeyResponsibilities:

- Define risk and monitor the formulation, review, and evaluation of credit policies in coordination with Credit and Business teams.

- Conduct portfolio analysis to identify key risk and mitigation strategies

- Tracking hashtag

#portfoliotriggers (thresholds/ breach), risk appetite level, NPA/write off trends, quality of static asset pool, early risk, non-starter trend and taking corrective actions thereof.

- Manage and monitor portfolio and credit risk to ensure alignment with the organization's hashtag

#riskappetite and business objectives.

- Creating & monitoring the hashtag

#earlywarningsystems for each product

- Review credit policies and ensure they are comprehensive and aligned with established risk frameworks.

- Conduct thorough end-to-end credit process reviews to identify gaps, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

#riskanalytics initiatives to deliver actionable insights that support decision-making and hashtag

#riskmitigation strategies

- Drive end-to-end process enhancements focusing on risk mitigation and promoting sustainable, profitable growth

#CreditRiskPolicy formulation and implementation of hashtag

#framework for new product / program launch within risk appetite of the bank and its subsequent review / amendment

#RequiredSkills:

- Proven experience in #risk

#portfoliorisk and

#creditriskmanagement in a Bank or NBFC.

- Experience collaborating closely with Credit and Business teams on policy review and risk strategy implementation.

- Ability to conduct detailed risk analytics and effectively communicate findings to senior management

- Strong expertise in credit processes, risk controls, and process improvement initiatives.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
