Job Summary:

Credit Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the companys credit risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  
• Evaluate credit risk for new and existing clients, counterparties, and investment opportunities.
  
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk profiles.
  
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  
• Collaborate with business and finance teams to align risk management practices with growth objectives.
  
• Develop and refine credit scoring models and risk rating systems.
  
• Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and portfolio segmentation to assess credit exposure.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  
• Experience with risk management tools and software (e.g., SAS, R, Python, or SQL) preferred.
  
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
  
• Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or PRM are a plus.
