About the role

You will be responsible for ensuring that the Bank remains compliant with SEBI (LODR), 2015, Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards and such other regulations as may be applicable to Secretarial Group in its activities. This role would include activities in the areas of Board/Board Committees/Management Committees/unlisted subsidiaries/General Meetings, and you shall be responsible for handling one or more responsibilities assigned to you as and when required. You shall be required to assist the Company Secretary and the Secretarial team in performing the activities under its purview efficiently.

About the Business Group

The Secretarial Group at ICICI Bank plays a pivotal role in the Bank’s continued compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR, 2015 in respect of equity shares. The Group is responsible for the conduct of meetings of Board and Board Committees, Management level committees, General Meetings, Postal Ballot etc and also maintenance of necessary records regarding the same. This group offers round-the-clock support to our internal customers, i.e. business teams in their effort to grow business by arranging and conducting requisite meetings of appropriate forums in accordance with the applicable laws/regulations. We endeavour to maintain good relationship with our shareholders, who are our largest stakeholders.
