Role Overview We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst who is energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or an experienced professional with excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Tamil, and Malayalam (mandatory).
• Evaluate borrower credit profiles and assess repayment capability.
• Perform KYC verification and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills while handling client interactions.
• Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and processes.
• Handle pressure effectively and take ownership of responsibilities. Requirements
• Bachelors degree in any discipline (finance background is a plus but not mandatory).
• Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle diverse clients.
• Fast learner with adaptability to changing business situations.
