Credit Risk Analyst

You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of credit in India as a Data/Product Analyst at Snapmint. Your work at Snapmint will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conduct risk-based reviews of consumer credit lines - Identify weaknesses in the credit process - Recognize emerging trends and issues - Perform independent data analysis to either support or identify gaps in credit policies - Track identified issues to resolution - Communicate Credit Review assurance results effectively with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity of thought and concise delivery of messages To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Possess 1-3 years of experience as a data/product analyst - Demonstrate a strong understanding of user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, key financial product KPIs (such as attach rate, conversion, default rates), credit policies, and risk metrics - Have hands-on skills with SQL and Excel; capable of working independently on datasets to derive insights - Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to influence and work effectively across diverse teams - Showcase strong problem-solving abilities, a data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges - Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality The company, Snapmint, is a leading online zero-cost EMI provider in India, founded in 2017.
