KIFS Housing Finance Private Limited, registered with the National Housing Bank (NHB), offers a variety of housing finance products to meet diverse housing needs. Our offerings include loans for purchasing houses or flats, plots, self-construction, resale homes, home refinancing, commercial property purchases, and financial aid to business owners in the form of loans against property.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Credit Officer located in Vadodara. The Credit Officer will be responsible for managing credit assessments for loan applications, conducting credit analysis, and ensuring compliance with credit policies. The main duties include evaluating financial status of potential borrowers, preparing credit reports, and recommending loan approvals or rejections to management.

Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
Strong Communication skills
Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
