Key Skills & Competencies Strong financial and analytical acumen. In-depth understanding of automobile financing processes. Knowledge of credit risk assessment tools and CIBIL scoring. Proficiency in MS Excel and credit management systems (CMS). Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle pressure. --- Qualifications & Experience Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or MBA (Finance preferred). Experience: 4–10 years in credit assessment, preferably in automobile finance, NBFCs, or banks. Certifications (optional): Credit Risk Management, Financial Analysis, or similar.
