Position: Credit Controller

Company: Mega Freight Movers Ltd

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 3–5 years (minimum 1 year in a managerial role) Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers based on financial data and payment history.
• Set credit limits and terms aligned with the company’s risk policy.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Liaise with customers to resolve payment disputes or billing issues.
• Generate aging reports, risk analyses, and collection forecasts for management.
• Review and enhance collection processes to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth credit operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and financial assessment abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high transaction volumes with accuracy.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Sound understanding of credit laws, risk management, and collection strategies.
• Leadership qualities and team management skills.
