Role Description

The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing credit administration functions, including evaluating credit applications, setting credit limits, and ensuring timely recovery of payments. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, liaising with clients regarding overdue accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and credit regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon, requiring collaboration with the accounting and finance teams to minimize credit risk and optimize cash flow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in credit evaluation and risk analysis
• Strong skills in record-keeping, payment tracking, and financial reporting
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and resolve credit-related concerns in a professional manner
• Familiarity with credit policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting/finance software and tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive approach to minimizing credit risk and improving collection processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in credit control or related financial roles is preferred
