## **Job Title**: Team Leader – Credit Card (Sales) ### **Location**: Mumbai, Jaipur, Surat, Ahmedabad ### **Department**: Credit Card Division ### **Reports To**: [Sales Manager / Operations Manager / Service Manager] --- ### **Job Summary** We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Team Leader – Credit Card** to manage and lead a team of Credit Card Sales/Service/Operations Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, maintaining compliance, mentoring team members, and ensuring a high level of performance and customer satisfaction. --- ### **Key Responsibilities** #### *(For Sales Role)*: - Lead a team of executives to drive credit card acquisitions through direct or tele-sales. - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Monitor daily team performance and track individual achievements. - Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards during customer interactions. - Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews. - Coordinate with backend teams for application processing and issue resolution. - Implement new strategies for lead conversion and cross-selling. #### *(For Operations Role)*: - Supervise daily credit card operations like application processing, documentation, activation, and limit management. - Ensure timely completion of tasks with 100% accuracy and compliance. - Implement process improvements and monitor team productivity. - Train and mentor team members on process changes, compliance, and systems. - Coordinate with internal departments (risk, credit, legal) for case escalations. #### *(For Customer Service Role)*: - Manage a team handling inbound/outbound queries related to credit cards. - Ensure high CSAT and FCR (First Call Resolution) scores. - Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution. - Conduct quality audits and feedback sessions. --- ### **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline. - 3–5 years of experience in credit card sales, operations, or service (at least 1 year in a leadership role). - Strong knowledge of credit card products, features, and compliance norms. - Proven track record in team handling and achieving targets. - Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. --- ### **Preferred Qualifications** - Prior experience in BFSI/BPO/Fintech domains. - Certification in credit card product knowledge or customer service is a plus. --- ### **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Sales volume or service resolution rate - Team productivity and engagement - Compliance and quality scores - Customer satisfaction metrics - TAT (Turn Around Time) and SLA adherence
