About the Role

Credit Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive

  credit memos

  for transactions.
• Prepare, review, and analyze

  loan term sheets

  .
• Conduct financial and credit analysis to support

  underwriting decisions

  .
• Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with the US lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
• Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.

Qualifications & Skills ( Masters in Finance)

• 3–7 years of

  credit analysis / underwriting experience

  with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in

  credit fundamentals

  .
• Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Exposure to

  real estate debt

  is highly preferred. Good in Financial Modeling
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
