SkinInspired is a fast-growing luxury skincare brand backed by Unilever Ventures, redefining beauty through science-backed formulations, dermatologist credibility, and disruptive brand storytelling.

We’re building an iconic brand, and we need a Creative Strategist who can turn ideas into cultural currency and campaigns into conversions.

Job Summary

As our Creative Strategist, you’ll sit at the intersection of brand, content, and performance — driving the creative thinking behind our campaigns, launches, and always-on marketing initiatives.

You will partner closely with performance marketers, product managers, and our founder’s office to craft narratives that scale and creative systems that convert.

Responsibilities

• Develop breakthrough brand campaigns, content themes, and storytelling frameworks aligned with marketing objectives.
• Translate performance data, consumer insights, and cultural trends into sharp creative briefs.
• Drive ideation for social-first content (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads) that balances creativity with ROAS.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies/influencers to ensure execution excellence.
• Architect launch campaign strategies for new product drops, from concept to creative rollout.
• Establish brand voice, tone, and visual direction across all touchpoints.
• Continuously test and iterate creative strategies based on performance metrics and insights.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in brand strategy, creative strategy, or advertising (D2C/beauty experience preferred).
• Proven ability to create disruptive campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z & millennial consumer psychology and digital-first storytelling.
• Strong creative judgment, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
