Position Overview:

Creative Strategist – Social Media

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead CDC’s social media content strategy

Conceptualize and oversee content campaigns — from idea generation and scripting to creative briefing and execution — across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Collaborate closely with the design, video, marketing, and product teams to bring brand campaigns and product drops to life.

Monitor social trends, platform innovations, and cultural movements to ensure CDC remains a leader in digital creativity and relevance.

Ensure clarity and consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social touchpoints.

Analyze performance metrics to continuously refine strategy and inform future creative decisions.

Lead creative brainstorming sessions and pitch content ideas that balance brand storytelling with growth objectives.

Represent the brand’s creative POV in internal meetings and external collaborations with influencers, creators, and media partners.

Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in social media strategy, creative direction, or digital content in a fashion, lifestyle, or youth-culture brand or agency.

Strong portfolio of past social-first campaigns or content strategies that demonstrate creativity and impact.

Excellent understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, and Reels formats, and how brands succeed on them.

A keen eye for design, visual storytelling, and contemporary aesthetics.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
