Think of this role as part storyteller, part trend-spotter, part brand whisperer. At SimplePlan, you’ll be right in the mix—collaborating with designers, writers, strategists, production team and meme lovers alike—to bring brands to life in bold, creative ways. You’ll write captions that actually get read, jump on trends before they hit the group chat, and make sure every piece of content feels on-brand and on-point. Basically, if you love turning ideas into scroll-stopping moments, we’ve got a seat at the table for you. Who will you work with? Pretty much the whole crew! – You’ll collaborate closely with the Founder and Brand Manager along with designers, copywriters, strategists, and video editors. You’ll be ensuring the strategy and execution of ideas are creative and aligned with brand goals. Expect brainstorms, feedback loops, content reviews, and the occasional meme drop in between. What You'll Do: ● Carry out creative duties across brands — from content planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting ● Build and manage brand strategies that align with business goals and audience needs ● Managing and owning social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube — wherever the brand lives) ● Monitor trends, memes, reels, and jump on timely content opportunities ● Assist in managing brand tone, consistency, and storytelling across media Support in creating performance reports and identifying content insights ● Writing captions, brainstorming content ideas, and sometimes pushing for the right idea (even when it’s the third round of revisions) ● Scheduling, publishing, and monitoring posts — because timing matters ● Translating brand values into actionable content and creatives ● Spotting gaps and opportunities to evolve the brand presence and perception ● Brainstorming, ideation sessions, and review calls with internal and external Teams You’ll Be a Good Fit If: ● You're creative and can come up with unique, scroll-stopping ideas ● You can help translate brand strategy into compelling content ● You have strong communication and copywriting skills ● You understand and enjoy social media, trends, and digital storytelling ● You're curious, collaborative, and excited about building brand experiences ● You’re proactive and open to feedback that helps sharpen your work ● You can help translate a strategy into a cohesive brand ● You have strong communication skills (both written and spoken) ● You think building brands is both an art and a science ● You love shaping a brand's voice and vibe online ● You’re proactive, enthusiastic, and love working with creative teams You Won’t Fit In If: ● You’re not passionate about branding, content, or creative strategy ● You prefer waiting for direction rather than taking initiative ● You’re uncomfortable in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment ● You don’t enjoy balancing creativity with structure and deadlines ● You’re only looking for a task-based role without strategic involvement ● You lack passion for the work you do and the output you create ● You prefer to be a passive observer rather than an active participant in conversations ● You seek a standard 9-5 work format Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you an immediate joiner?
