As a Creative Marketing Intern at Lingopanda, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of content creation, pop culture, and social media trends to craft engaging stories that drive user growth. Here's what we are looking for in a candidate: - Someone who lives and breathes content, watches a lot of social media, and understands what goes viral - Strong awareness of content cycles, trends, and pop culture - Creative writing skills for scripting short, catchy content - Basic familiarity with video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar) advanced skills are a plus - Ability to coordinate with freelancers, actors, and editors to bring content ideas to life - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in executing projects - Prior exposure to content/marketing roles through internships, projects, or a strong personal portfolio is a plus Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Creating content ideas for various social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) - Writing scripts and storyboards for reels, ads, and short-form videos - Coordinating with freelancers, actors, and editors to produce high-quality output - Working with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand goals - Keeping a close eye on trends, memes, and viral formats to adapt them for Lingopanda - Assisting in content scheduling, publishing, and tracking performance across channels Additionally, Lingopanda offers beyond stipend: - Flexible working hours - Option to join remotely, hybrid, or in-office (JP Nagar, Bangalore) - Office breakfast & snacks for those who choose in-office - Direct mentorship from marketing leads and founders - A fast-paced, fun, and highly collaborative work environment - Flat hierarchy with lots of ownership and learning opportunities Please note that this internship requires a minimum 6-month commitment, extendable upon mutual agreement.
