Job summary We're looking for a strong individual contributor to join as an Associate Talent Partner. As an award-winning design agency, we have a well-defined and well-articulated culture. Your majority of time will be spent in supporting end-to-end TA and 10% on other Operational aspect. How your day would look like Sourcing relevant candidates to create a pipeline for the assigned position. Spending good amount of time screening candidates to ensure a proper fit in terms of the requirement and culture at SimplePlan. Ensure the candidates receive the aptitude test, assignment and the interview scheduled within the agreed time frame. Working on creative and tech roles at the same time. Guide and support candidates throughout hiring process. Audit the documents shared by candidates to ensure that it is aligned with the information they provided. Run reference check. Stipend : Starts at INR 15000 can go upto INR 25000 by the end of 6months.
