We're looking for a strong individual contributor to join as an Associate Talent Partner. As an award-winning design agency, we have a well-defined and well-articulated culture. Most of your time will be spent supporting end-to-end TA and 10% on another Operational aspect. How would your day look like: Sourcing relevant candidates to create a pipeline for the assigned position. Spending a good amount of time screening candidates to ensure a proper fit in terms of the requirements and culture at SimplePlan. Ensure the candidates receive the aptitude test, assignment and the interview scheduled within the agreed time frame. Working on creative and tech roles at the same time. Guide and support candidates throughout the hiring process. Audit the documents shared by candidates to ensure that it is aligned with the information they provided. Run reference check.
