Responsibilities

• Take creative leadership across all

  in-store branding and visual merchandising

  projects.
• Translate marketing briefs into well-conceptualised visual strategies that enhance brand recall and customer engagement.
• Lead ideation, design thinking, moodboarding, and conceptual development for retail displays, store windows, fixtures, and branded environments.
• Drive the end-to-end creative process — from briefing and ideation to iterations, approvals, and final delivery.
• Ensure creative team productivity through clear KPIs, workload distribution, and project timelines.
• Maintain design consistency and quality across static, digital, and experiential brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (sales, marketing, production) to deliver practical yet innovative solutions within cost and time constraints.
• Mentor, inspire, and upskill team members — creating an open, high-performance creative culture.
• Represent the team in key client presentations, internal reviews, and design pitches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related creative disciplines.

• 8+ years

  of professional experience in

  Visual Merchandising, In-store Branding, or Spatial Design

  , with

  5+ years of Team Leadership experience is a must

  .
• Demonstrated success in managing diverse creative teams in a deadline-driven environment.

• Strong grounding in

  retail and brand environments

• A natural leader —
