What you’ll do:

• Own the creative vision across brand, campaigns, and digital platforms
• Conceptualize and deliver high-impact designs, videos, and marketing creatives
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to bring ideas to life
• Maintain brand consistency and elevate storytelling across all touchpoints
• Mentor designers/freelancers and drive end-to-end creative execution

What we’re looking for:

• 4–5 years of creative/design experience with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva (motion/video skills a plus)
• Experience creating for digital-first brands, campaigns, and social media
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas with clarity
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
