Creative Head

We are Your Story, a creative wedding photography and cinematography company that believes every couple has a unique story waiting to be told. Our team captures real emotions, genuine moments, and timeless memories through stunning visuals and cinematic storytelling.

As we grow, we’re looking to hire a Creative Head who can lead our creative vision and take charge of producing beautiful, heartfelt, and memorable wedding films and content.

• Lead and manage a creative team (videographers, editors, content creators)
• Direct pre-wedding and wedding video shoots
• Plan and execute creative concepts for wedding films
• Write engaging scripts and shot plans for couples
• Oversee video editing and post-production workflow
• Meet with clients to understand their story and expectations
• Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for wedding and pre-wedding shoots
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
• Maintain the brand’s visual and emotional storytelling style

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in wedding photography, cinematography, or similar creative field
• Age below 30 years
• Strong portfolio showcasing direction, editing, or cinematography skills
• Skilled in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Creative thinker with a good sense of visual storytelling
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to handle client meetings and manage shoot schedules
• Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced creative environment

Bonus if you have:

• Background in film, mass communication, or visual media
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, or motion graphics
• Experience directing wedding shoots or short films

• Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + performance-based incentives
