Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase our client base and enhance our brand presence. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for the wedding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:
• Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (social media, referrals, events, etc.).
• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Create tailored packages to suit client requirements while ensuring profitability.
• Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the wedding or events industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.
