Creative Head

The Creator Head will be responsible for leading the social media strategy, content creation, and coordination of creative projects across departments. This role requires strong creative direction, social media expertise, and excellent project management skills to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and media outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and brand identity.
• Monitor engagement analytics, performance trends, and audience growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.

Creative Direction

• Lead brainstorming sessions for campaigns, videos, and digital promotions.
• Supervise video editors, graphic designers, and content creators to ensure brand alignment.
• Review and approve creative outputs before publishing.

Project Coordination

• Act as the central point of contact for all creative projects.
• Coordinate between marketing, sales, and academic teams for content requirements and deadlines.
• Manage project timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and maintain smooth workflow within the creative team.
• Oversee vendor and freelancer coordination for external creative support.

Brand & Communication

• Maintain a consistent visual and narrative brand identity across all media.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and digital engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management and creative project handling.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, content strategy, and branding.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
