Creative Head

Sterling Study Abroad is looking for a Creative Head with strong experience in digital content creation and organic growth strategies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about innovative storytelling, design aesthetics, and driving measurable creative results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative strategies across digital and social media platforms.
• Plan, direct, and produce engaging video content and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Lead the creative team and oversee content planning, concept creation, and execution.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for organic growth.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in design, video marketing, and social media engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of proven experience in a creative leadership or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing original creative works (videos, campaigns, or visuals).
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Result-oriented with a focus on organic audience growth and engagement.
