Job Description

Role Overview: As a Creative Strategist, your role is to develop and execute creative strategies to enhance brand building and engagement on social media platforms. This involves planning monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, festivals, and trends. Your main focus will be on conceptualizing campaigns that highlight unique aspects of jewellery collections such as product stories, craftsmanship, tradition, and luxury. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee content creation and supervision, leading the creative direction for photoshoots, videos, reels, and campaign content. - Ensure the design and quality of all creatives such as banners, posts, stories, thumbnails, and ads are in line with the brand's tone of luxury, elegance, trust, and aspiration. - Focus on visual storytelling by developing strong concepts around products and guiding visual aesthetics to maintain a premium and consistent brand image. - Manage and mentor the creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, content writers, and editors. - Coordinate with the digital marketing manager, social media managers, and sales teams for campaign alignment. - Maintain brand guidelines in all online visual communications and find innovative ways to keep the brand fresh while upholding a consistent identity. - Collaborate on paid campaign creatives across various platforms and design engaging campaigns for product launches, festive offers, bridal collections, and events. - Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, jewellery trends, and customer preferences to innovate new formats like reels, challenges, influencer collaborations, and 360 product views. - Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and production teams for content execution and support offline marketing initiatives. - Review and approve all final content before publishing to maintain high creative standards in visuals, typography, color grading, and storytelling. - Analyze content performance, identify successful creative formats, designs, and campaigns, and make data-driven improvements for future creative strategies. Qualification Required: - Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role in a creative or marketing agency. - Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills to manage a creative team effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively with different teams such as digital marketing, social media, and sales. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency in all visual communications.,
