Creative Head

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Creative Head to lead our design and visual content team, including graphic designers and video editors. This role is pivotal in shaping the creative direction of our brand and client projects while ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation.

As the Creative Head, you will oversee end-to-end creative execution — from brainstorming concepts to final delivery. You will work closely with clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders to develop impactful campaigns, visuals, and storytelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, motion artists, and freelancers.
• Drive the creative vision for branding, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and video content.
• Review and provide clear, constructive feedback on all design and video work to ensure quality and consistency.
• Translate client briefs into creative strategies and visual concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment of visual identity across all platforms.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for in-house and client-facing projects.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to inspire and guide the team.
• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to timelines and resource allocation.
• Mentor, guide, and upskill junior designers and editors through regular reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within agencies or design studios.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and video/motion content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience working on branding, social media creatives, advertising campaigns, and corporate videos.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and practical execution.
• A passion for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of design principles and digital trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
