Business Development Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and leadership teams to generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Pitch our services to potential clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Schedule meetings and demos, understand client needs, and customize solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM tools with lead and deal information.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language if required).
• Confidence in cold calling, email writing, and sales pitching.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in sales, client relationship, or business development is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
