Job Description

About the Role:

Watch Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative watch designs in line with brand identity and market trends.
Create sketches, renderings, and 3D CAD models for new collections.
Work closely with product, marketing, and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility and cost efficiency.
Research global watch trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products.
Select materials, colors, and finishes aligning with brand positioning.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers for prototype development and final production.
Ensure all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and technical standards.
Maintain an organized design archive and digital library of concepts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
3–4 years of professional experience in watch or accessory design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, or SolidWorks.
Strong understanding of materials, ergonomics, and mechanical design.
Excellent sketching, visualization, and storytelling abilities.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Passion for horology and emerging lifestyle trends.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of 3D rendering tools (KeyShot, Blender, etc.).
Experience with luxury or fashion watch brands.
Understanding of brand storytelling and packaging design.
