Creative Designer

You will be responsible for creating original napkin print designs, developing packaging concepts, maintaining the brand's visual identity, and designing engaging social media content. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create original and trend-forward napkin print designs aligned with brand identity. - Develop and advise on product packaging concepts, materials, and layouts. - Maintain brand's visual identity consistency across all touchpoints. - Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, visiting cards, booth graphics, emailers, and logo design. - Build and manage color palettes ensuring consistency across products and campaigns. - Provide guidance on visual harmony and aesthetic appeal in all design elements. - Design visually compelling and on-brand social media posts. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create seasonal and campaign-based content. - Act as a creative consultant for all departments needing design input. - Stay updated on design trends and techniques to keep the brand fresh and relevant. - Manage a library of design assets and templates. **Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 6+ years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in consumer products or lifestyle brands. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). - Strong portfolio showcasing print, packaging, and digital design work. - Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
