Creative Designer

As a Creative Lead in our company, your role will involve overseeing all digital projects and ensuring the overall quality of design deliverables. You will be responsible for directing the creative team in producing digital assets online and in print. Your key responsibilities will include: - Directing the creative team in the production of digital assets and other deliverables for online and print - Communicating and creating an overall creative team vision by defining direction and goals - Setting and maintaining creative standards for the department - Writing project creative briefs, especially for web and mobile layouts - Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards and policies In addition to the above responsibilities, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies and convert complex technical or business concepts into compelling visuals and graphics. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience, including 3+ years of lead experience, preferably in a startup environment - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, layout, user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) design, and graphic designing Industry: Digital Marketing & Web and App Development Functional Area: IT Software eCommerce, Internet Technologies, Mobile Apps This job offers you the opportunity to lead the design process, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to the evolution and improvement of the existing design process.
