Creative Designer

This is a remote position.

• Plan and manage monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, TikTok)
  
• Conceptualize and design posts, reels, and short-form videos using

  Canva / Adobe Creative Suite / Figma

• Create visually aligned brand assets (feed design, highlight covers, templates, etc.)
  
• Collaborate with the content and paid ads teams to build creative funnels that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
  
• Write engaging copy and captions tailored to brand tone and audience intent
  
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics reach, engagement, CTR, lead flow, etc
  
• Stay ahead of visual and content trends, experimenting with AI tools (e.g., Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway) to enhance creative output
  
• Coordinate with clients or internal teams for approvals, feedback, and content rollout schedules
  

• 1+ year of experience in

  Social Media Management

  or

  Creative Design

  , preferably in an agency environment
• Hands-on experience with design tools:

  Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro

  (or equivalents)
• Strong understanding of social platform algorithms, audience psychology, and content trends
  
• Proven ability to design and execute brand-consistent creative assets
  
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
  
• Familiarity with AI design and automation tools (bonus)
