Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Manages individual design queue ensuring timeliness of delivery across all creative projects to meet our service level agreements
• Responsible for managing multiple design projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to client instructions, maintaining high design standards, and following both industry compliance regulations and brand guidelines.
• Follows up with questions and requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, on-site design team and account managers
• Maintain a high standard of design quality, customer service, and professionalism
  

Requirements

• Expert Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Confident understanding of the print industry and production process
• Strong typography, understanding of color, hierarchy and layout reflected in portfolio of work
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, establish priorities and consistently meet required deadlines
• Ability to follow strict brand and visual guidelines
• Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with careful attention to detail and organization
• Resourceful problem solver
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, balancing tight deadlines with great design and brand consistency
  

Experience

• Bachelors degree in BFA or related field
• 1+ years of relevant professional design experience reflected in a portfolio of work
• Experience utilizing AI in creative design a plus
