About the Role:

Creative Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:

    Manage day-to-day communication and workflow between the client servicing team and internal teams (design, copy, digital) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Brief Management:

    Ensure clarity of briefs and timelines across departments, facilitating a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Client Liaison:

    Act as the liaison between the creative team and the client (via client servicing), ensuring alignment on expectations and delivery.
  • Presentation Development:

    Assist in the creation of visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and internal reviews.
  • Collaboration:

    Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all materials.
  • Timeline Monitoring:

    Monitor project timelines, flag potential bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
  • Creative Support:

    Utilize tools like Canva and PowerPoint to support the creation of presentations, mockups, and social media creatives when needed.
  • Asset Management:

    Maintain documentation and proper version control for all creative assets, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    2+ years of experience in a coordination role within a creative, marketing, or advertising setup.
  • Communication:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between teams and clients.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Creative Understanding:

    Understanding of creative processes, timelines, and the nuances of working with copy and design teams.
  • Organization:

    Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of projects are meticulously managed.
  • Creative Input:

    Ability to think creatively and offer input on concepts and design where applicable.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Awareness of current design trends and best practices in marketing and advertising.
