About The Role As a Creative Coordinator India, you should be highly knowledgeable about the digital and cultural landscape of India, while bringing an innovative, can-do attitude. You combine visual and verbal creativity, demonstrate strong organisational skills, and remain calm under pressure. You will be responsible for planning, writing, producing, publishing, and monitoring social content across various client platforms, with a focus on day-to-day execution and reporting. You’ll also manage communities and engage with fans, ensuring we are fostering meaningful and authentic connections. Client Partnerships & Long-Term Growth Draft weekly (and monthly) content calendars, including copy and creative assets. Day-to-day calendar management, scheduling and posting of content, and post copy creation for all assets. Manage fan engagement, including comment/DM moderation, fan shout-outs, reposts, and identification of micro fan pages and “core community” handles. Understand and adapt to the unique voice and tone of each campaign. Work as part of Ralph’s social media team to review and quality check all work before publication, as well as share and divide work efficiently. Assume responsibility for content once published, including occasional weekend posting if required. Propose ideas for engaging, snackable content such as statics, GIFs, and short-form video, and support in overseeing asset creation. Development of weekly performance reports including content analytics, benchmarks against engagement rate/reach/saves/shares/sentiment. Development of monthly performance reports, including a roundup of top analytics, insights, learnings, and recommendations. Support Strategists and Senior Strategists to manage client expectations and track approvals. Take initiative to pitch new ideas for assigned campaigns, and be an active brainstorming partner. Stay aware of cultural and social media trends, memes, technology updates, and news stories relevant to the Indian market. About You At least 2 years of experience at an agency or comparable social marketing role; entertainment experience a plus. Strong understanding of the social media ecosystem and platforms. Excellent grasp of pop culture, trends, and internet culture. Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects at once. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. About The Role We are looking for a Video Editor / Motion Designer to produce exciting and polished content. These projects range from social to 360 campaigns, video shoots, live events, and more. The ideal candidate will work closely with our in-house team, utilising their varied experience to translate into the best creative solutions. They will be responsible for ideating, designing, editing, and animating content for a range of entertainment and consumer brands. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the latest suite of Adobe programs and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail while executing creative, editing, and motion design. They will bring ideas to the table and have a get-it-done attitude, which includes staying organised and calm under pressure. They will also participate in pitch processes and brainstorms, from social campaigns to app builds, site designs, video projects, and live events. Client Partnerships & Long-Term Growth Create polished and premium motion graphics and on-brand video content that aligns to the creative direction of projects, spanning across a range of styles Leverage your strong working knowledge of the Adobe CC and sound editing programs (e.g. Premiere & Logic) and proficiency using After Effects to create motion graphics, dynamic text and interstitials Collaborate with Graphic Designers on the team Understand the unique voice and tone of a campaign, and translate into applicable visuals Cross-collaborate with Ralph's production, social, and 360 teams to create high-calibre, original, and on-brand content Effectively manage more than one project at a time while staying calm in high-pressure situations Take ownership of your creative output, and show the initiative to pitch new ideas, and be an active brainstorming partner Discover and employ innovative and forward-thinking solutions to enhance assets Weigh in as an equal stakeholder throughout the creative process to assist in developing and refining assets Adapt to evolving responsibilities and take on additional tasks as required About You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience; 2+ year(s) proven working experience as a video editor / motion graphics designer; preferably at a creative agency Have an excellent eye for composition, timing, typography, color grading, and storytelling. Must show impeccable attention to detail and have an ability to maintain quality of output Strong understanding of Adobe CC, sound editing programs (e.g. Premiere & Logic), and After Effects or other visual design and wire-framing tools Demonstrable motion graphic design / editing skills with a strong portfolio Incorporate feedback and take / give direction well Enjoys collaborating with other creatives on the team Excellent communication, problem solving, and time management skills Creativity!
