About the Role

Creative Coordinator

Key Responsibility

• Coordinate Projects:

  Handle day-to-day communication between client servicing and creative teams (design, copy, digital) so that work is delivered on time and meets expectations.

• Manage Briefs:

  Ensure everyone understands the project requirements, deadlines, and goals clearly.

• Client Communication:

  Be the bridge between creative teams and clients (through client servicing team) to make sure both sides are aligned.

• Presentations:

  Prepare attractive and professional PowerPoint presentations for pitches and internal meetings.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work with designers and writers to ensure all materials are creative, consistent, and on-brand.

• Creative Support:

  Use Canva/PowerPoint to create presentations, mockups, and social media creatives when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  At least 2 years in a coordination role in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies.

• Tools Knowledge:

  Good with PowerPoint and Canva (knowing Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).

• Creative Sense:

  Understanding how design and copy teams work, with an ability to give inputs.

• Extra Edge:

  Someone who enjoys creativity and can suggest ideas when needed.
