Creative Coordinator

We are looking for a Creative Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the execution of innovative marketing and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creative processes. As a Creative Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between creative teams, marketing departments, and external vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. In this role, you will manage timelines, track project progress, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. You will also assist in brainstorming sessions, help develop creative briefs, and ensure that all creative assets are properly archived and distributed. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be essential in a fast-paced environment where multiple campaigns and deliverables are in motion simultaneously. You will work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, video producers, and marketing managers to coordinate the development of promotional materials, digital content, and advertising campaigns. You will also liaise with external agencies and freelancers to ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of creative workflows, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Familiarity with project management tools and creative software is a plus.
