About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Creative Coordinator to serve as a bridge between our client servicing team, creative team, copywriters, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Project Coordination: Manage day-to-day communication and workflow between the client servicing team and internal teams (design, copy, digital) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

● Brief Management: Ensure clarity of briefs and timelines across departments, facilitating a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.

● Client Liaison: Act as the liaison between the creative team and the client (via client servicing), ensuring alignment on expectations and delivery.

● Presentation Development: Assist in the creation of visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and internal reviews.

● Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all materials.

● Creative Support: Utilize tools like Canva and PowerPoint to support the creation of presentations, mockups, and social media creatives when needed.
