We are hiring a Creative Content & Digital Branding Specialist who can handle end-to-end content creation, writing, scripting, design, and social media execution for Midgrow and our clients.

This is a responsibility-heavy remote role for someone who works with discipline and consistency.

• Build monthly content calendars for multiple brands
• Research trends, competitors, topics, and formats
• Create content ideas for reels, carousels, posts, and stories
• Develop hooks, CTAs, and content angles
• Analyze weekly insights and adjust strategy

• Write original reel scripts with hooks and flow
• Write promotional, educational, and storytelling scripts
• Write clean, modern, branded captions
• Create carousel copy and content outlines
• Generate topics and content ideas independently

• Create high-quality graphics and modern layouts
• Maintain brand identity across multiple clients
• Work on:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Create basic CGI/motion graphics using:
• Adobe After Effects
• CapCut Desktop
• Runway/AI tools
• Choose premium visuals, audio, and clips

• Schedule and publish content daily
• Manage multiple brand pages
• Apply platform best practices, hashtags, and formatting
• Read and analyze Instagram Insights
• Deliver consistent and high-quality output

• Manage interns with clear briefs
• Review and approve their work
• Communicate with clients for approvals and resources
• Present content plans and ideas
• Handle revisions and urgent requirements

• Adobe Photoshop (advanced)
• Adobe Illustrator (vector & layout work)
• Figma (structured design layouts)
• After Effects (basic motion/CGI elements)
• CapCut Desktop advanced
• Runway or similar AI tools
• Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout
• Understanding of export settings for social platforms

• Reel scriptwriting
• Short-form content writing
• Creative hooks & captions
• Research-based content generation
• Adapting writing tone based on brand

• Ability to handle 3–6 brands at a time
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work without supervision
• Deadline reliability
• Logical thinking and creative problem solving
• Stable remote working discipline

• Leadership (managing interns)
• Consistency under pressure

Probation (6 months): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

After probation: ₹25,000 + incentives
