About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead our design, brand and social media efforts across all touchpoints. This role demands a perfect blend of creative excellence, brand thinking, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our projects, guiding brand direction for clients (and our own brand), and leading a team of designers, freelancers, and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Development

• Define and evolve brand identities for multiple in-house and client-facing brands.

• Ensure consistency across all visual and experiential brand touchpoints.

• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives.

• Creative Direction & Design Oversight

• Lead design execution for digital, print, packaging, campaigns, social media, and websites.

• Review, critique, and elevate all creative work to maintain high standards.

• Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to align creative with business objectives.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage and mentor designers, illustrators, and external creative partners.

• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.

• Drive creative brainstorming sessions and push innovative thinking

• Project Management & Delivery

• Own creative timelines, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and matches the vision.

• Collaborate with content, strategy, and performance teams to bring ideas to life.

Who You Are

• A strong portfolio showcasing brand design, storytelling, and campaign work.

• Experience working across agencies, startups, or consumer-facing brands.

• Expert-level proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.)

• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.

• Strong communication and presentation skills — you can sell an idea and back it with rationale.

• Team player with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

• Bonus: Motion design, art direction for shoots, or UI/UX experience.
