We’re seeking a visionary Art Director who blends strategic thinking with outstanding visual storytelling to help shape global campaigns for lifestyle, beauty, sustainability, and tech clients. Key Responsibilities Lead the creative direction and design execution across branding, digital, social, OOH, packaging, and print for global and regional clients. Conceptualize and deliver high-impact visual ideas for brand campaigns, shoots, product launches, influencer content, and social series. Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, photographers, and account leads to craft cohesive brand narratives. Oversee creative production, from visual mockups and moodboards to final file delivery. Ensure quality control and consistency across all design assets and brand systems. Work across time zones and briefs for clients in the Middle East, India, and Europe. Manage and mentor junior designers and freelancers as needed. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a creative agency or brand studio. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital-first design, and campaign storytelling. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD). Figma knowledge is a plus. Ability to work on diverse formats — from social ads and key visuals to pitch decks and digital banners. Experience with luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable. Familiarity with the cultural nuances of Middle Eastern and European markets is a bonus. A keen eye for typography, layout, color theory, and visual craft. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment with partial remote collaboration.
