Job Description

Location: Banjarar Hills Reports to: Store Manager / Sales Manager Salary: 15-30 k pm Job Summary The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. The role includes handling customer queries, managing in-store interactions, supporting sales teams, and building long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the product range. Maintain deep product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions. Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Provide detailed quotations, follow-up regularly, and convert leads into sales. Handle customer concerns, feedback, and complaints with a resolution-focused mindset. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback. Ensure post-sale services like delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction follow-ups are completed. Build and maintain a database of clients and generate repeat sales through relationship management. Assist in visual merchandising and upkeep of the showroom. Support in-store events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric approach and proactive problem-solving Good listening and negotiation skills Attention to detail and basic understanding of sales processes Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools (preferred) Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Marketing / Business Administration) 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail/home furnishings/interiors Show more Show less
