Key Responsibilities

• Financial Advisory Services
• Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to clients to optimize their financial performance.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial efficiency.
• Client Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review financial performance, discuss strategic objectives, and address any concerns.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Accounting and Compliance:
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks, including month-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory guidelines, and implement necessary changes accordingly.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Mentor and coach junior staff members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments and team members to deliver integrated solutions and achieve client objectives.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the organization's overall growth and success.
  

Qualifications

• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 8-15 years of relevant experience in public accounting or financial advisory services.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
