About the Role

We are an edtech company developing a next-generation online course delivery platform, with a strong focus on video-based learning content. We are looking for a Course Production Coordinator to lead the coordination of all content creation activities—from ideation and structuring with mentors to final delivery of edited course videos.

You will serve as the central point of contact between course mentors, the recording team, editing professionals, and management. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with course mentors to structure and maintain course content aligned with learning goals.

- Coordinate and schedule video/audio recording sessions with talent and mentors.

- Guide mentors and talent in improving on-camera delivery and presentation style.

- Ensure high-quality video output by managing timelines and feedback cycles with the editing team.

- Maintain and update course metadata, module information, and assets on the learning platform.

- Communicate regularly with internal teams and management to provide updates and flag any risks or delays.

- Drive task completion and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines.

Who You Are

- 2+ years of experience in content production, eLearning coordination, or project management.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Good understanding of video/audio recording workflows and basic instructional design principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to give constructive feedback to mentors and creative teams.

- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, Google Workspace, or any LMS is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in media production, instructional design, or education technology.

- Experience working with video editors, scriptwriters, or course designers.

- Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
