Role Description

This is a contract-based, remote role for a Coupa Techno-Functional Consultant. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Coupa solutions, analyzing business processes, and providing personalized recommendations. Duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams, consulting to address functional requirements, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in related tools and technologies.
• 6+ years of experience as Coupa Solution/Technical Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoicing, Expenses, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract, and Analytics modules.
• Hands-on experience in Coupa integrations with ERP, HR, and finance systems.
• Proficiency in REST APIs (JSON / XML) along with API Filters and Flat File approach.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture principles, data modelling, and cloud security.
• Deep understanding in Coupa functionalities such as Chart of Accounts, Approvals, SIM Forms, content groups, account validation rules, Lookups, Lookup Values, Custom fields, Taxation process, etc. 
• Proven Coupa Implementation Experience: A minimum of five (5) full-cycle, end-to-end Coupa implementations as a lead consultant, solutions architect, or a senior technical role. Your experience should cover the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery and design through to configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
• Coupa Certification(s) (Integration Architect, Platform, or Module-specific).
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and best practices.
• Prior consulting experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Ability to think and assess situations logically and make decisions in a highly dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to clearly document processes and requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to interact with cross-functional teams and leadership teams.
