We have an exciting opportunity for a Country Manager to join our team in Delhi. If you are an experienced student recruiter and have worked in a Higher Education (student recruitment) environment before, representing UK universities, this role is for you. We are looking for an ambitious individual with extensive experience working in high paced B2B space and a track record of exceeding targets. This is an exciting opportunity to join Hallbridge Education Group with great development and progression opportunities. As Country Manager representing our closest university partner, the successful candidate will have the responsibility of delivering pre agreed enrolment targets within the designated region through partner agencies, institutions, fairs, exhibitions, webinars, sponsors and other recruitment channels. Person Specification (essential) – Fluent / native level English (spoken and written), in addition to native level Hindi 5 years or more of relevant work experience in the student recruitment space or the study abroad industry, representing UK universities Good relationship management and a demonstrable network of agents Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet targets Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines A can-do approach offering innovative ways of responding to challenges Central to this role will be building strong relationships with our key agents and develop new partnerships. The Country Manager will work closely with the wider Sales, Marketing, Admissions and Compliance teams to deliver a successful recruitment strategy by increasing the number of applications whilst improving the application to enrolment conversion rate by regular contact/conversion activities with the student pipeline. Key responsibilities – · Achieve and exceed new student recruitment and revenue targets through the agent channel · Provide regular training to agents and counselors through visits and engaging training sessions · Maintain relationships with student pipelines through conversion activities · Build strong relationships with key agents in the region Person Specification (desirable) – Champions the benefits and opportunities associated with international education It is particularly advantageous if you have lived and studied in the UK or Europe Employment Type Full-time.
