Country Manager

As the Country Manager for Pulp & Paper services, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Responsible for all P&P service business in India - Managing the local P&P service team - Responsible for ATPL Pulp Service and Paper Service P&L - Annual financial planning and budgeting & forecasting - Sales and Customer service management - Service business strategy development - Local service business operations and projects - Monthly market reporting Qualifications required for this role include: - Relevant bachelors or masters degree - Years of experience in P&P industry; Deep understanding of P&P processes and mill operations - Established connections within the P&P industry, especially, for key industry players - Strong communication skills in English - Leadership skills and experience on working in a matrix organization - P&P Service field business experience - Experience in managing P&L If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your CV to kumari.dhanabal@andritz.com.,
