Country Manager

You will be responsible for all Pulp & Paper services business operations in India, including managing the local service team and overseeing ATPL Pulp Service and Paper Service P&L. Your role will involve annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as sales and customer service management. You will be expected to develop service business strategies, supervise local operations and projects, and provide monthly market reporting. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and have a solid background in the Pulp & Paper industry, with a deep understanding of industry processes and mill operations. You should have established connections within the Pulp & Paper industry, particularly with key industry players. Strong communication skills in English, leadership experience in a matrix organization, and previous P&P service field business experience are essential. Experience in managing P&L is also required.
