Country Manager

As the Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) Manager at Fugro, you will be at the forefront of the Geo-data revolution, contributing to the safety, sustainability, and efficiency of assets worldwide. Your role will involve developing strategic HSSE programs in alignment with corporate objectives, overseeing QHSSE functions, and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead QHSSE functions and integrate programs into the organization's culture - Serve as the primary point of contact for all HSSE matters, overseeing crisis management plans and incident investigations - Monitor the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and ensure compliance with requirements - Manage HSSE document control, conduct regular inspections, and provide guidance for staff - Facilitate employee induction, internal training, and performance evaluation - Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and partners to enhance business performance Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in people management - Formal qualification in a Safety discipline or equivalent experience - Broad knowledge of Quality and Safety Management Systems - Recognized Internal/Lead Auditor qualifications - Proactive in maintaining certifications to ISO standards Fugro values diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a positive work environment where challenging projects and opportunities for personal and professional growth abound.
