1. Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with regional and organizational goals across all categories of business.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for expansion and operational improvements.
• Monitor and adjust operational plans based on performance metrics, market dynamics, and partner expectations.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for all sites within the country, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Drive innovation by implementing best practices, advanced technologies, and process optimization initiatives.

1. Business Operations Management

• Oversee the operations of sites across the country, ensuring consistency in quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Lead the implementation of standardized processes, policies, and SOPs across regions while accommodating local nuances.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure seamless coordination and operational alignment.
• Act as a liaison between regional leadership, site managers, and the global leadership team.

1. Financial Oversight & Revenue Growth

• Hold full P&L ownership with accountability for regional operations and revenue, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies for revenue generation, including upselling, new product introductions, and partnership growth.
• Analyze revenue trends, sales data, and financial performance to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Optimize labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses to maintain strong profit margins.

1. Partner & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across the country, ensuring alignment with their expectations and goals.
• Collaborate with partners to identify new revenue opportunities, improve guest experiences, and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review performance, address concerns, and align on future strategies.

1. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor a team of

  District Managers, Senior Site Managers, Site Managers, and cross-functional leaders

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration across teams and regions.
• Identify training needs and work with the L&D team to implement development programs for team members.
• Ensure high engagement and motivation among staff, promoting rewards and recognition initiatives.

1. Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Drive operational excellence by monitoring and improving key performance metrics such as Capture %, Conversion, Per Cap, and ATV.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations, including labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Oversee the resolution of operational challenges, including technical issues, staffing concerns, and service bottlenecks.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance across all sites.

1. Guest Experience & Innovation

• Champion a guest-centric approach, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional experiences across all business categories.
• Leverage data analytics and guest feedback to refine services and address any gaps in the customer journey.
• Oversee the introduction of new products, technologies, and initiatives to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
