Role Description This is a full-time role for a Country Head based in North America. The Country Head will oversee and ensure the achievement of business objectives to Expand Oriental Metal Works Customer Base in USA & Canada. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating with Current Customers , Developing new customers , overseeing product development for North America , and maintaining relationships with clients , Planning & Participating in Exhibitions such as NHS & KBIS etc. The role requires an individual with strong leadership abilities, capable of driving growth and ensuring organizational success in Selling Products to North America Establishments. Qualifications Experience in strategic planning, business development, and sales management Strong understanding of Hardware Industry in the USA & Canada Leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Proven track record of achieving business targets. Ability to work remotely and collaborate with various departments Experience in the hardware manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
